Terms of Service

Rules and protocols for utilizing the Apex platform.

1. Operator Account

  1. Passwords are stored and encrypted in an irreversible format in our database. Passwords should be kept safe and we are not liable for any loss of accounts.
  2. You are not allowed to register or use your account through proxy, VPNs, Tor, or other anonymizing services.
  3. You are not allowed to create or use multiple accounts. One account per person, per household, per IP address.
  4. Using automated scripts, bots, or click-fraud software will result in immediate permanent suspension.
  5. Any attempts to exploit bugs, hack, or overload our servers will lead to permanent account termination and potential legal action.

2. Network Growth

  1. You may refer an unlimited number of members.
  2. Referrals must be genuine, unique users. Buying referrals or using incentive traffic to gain referrals is prohibited.
  3. We reserve the right to verify referrals before paying out commissions.
  4. You must log in at least once every 30 days to keep your referral earnings active.

3. Settlements & Refunds

  1. All payments made to us (for advertising, upgrades, etc.) are final and non-refundable.
  2. Withdrawals are processed manually or automatically depending on your account level. We reserve the right to hold payments for up to 30 days for security checks.
  3. We are not responsible for funds sent to incorrect wallet addresses provided by the user.

4. Platform Liability

  1. Apex is not liable for any delays or failures directly related to third-party services (offer walls, payment processors).
  2. You are responsible for reporting your earnings to your local tax authorities.
  3. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
